Ria's Sambal

Ria produces a handmade Indonesian chilli sauce (sambal) and a sweet soya sauce to her own recipe. Both sauces are used straight from the jar for cooking, or used as a condiment from a cheese sandwich to chicken, seafood, couscous, wraps, stir fry and so on to enhance flavour and give zest. They also provide Cooking Demonstrations and Cooking Lessons in Aberdeenshire.
